    The Cantonal Court in Livno is the highest instance of the judiciary in Canton 10. Under the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Court in Livno are the Municipal Court in Tomislavgrad and the Municipal Court in Livno with its division in Drvar.

    At the end of 2025, 225 cases remained unresolved in the Cantonal Court in Livno. During the first three quarters of 2026, Cantonal Court in Livno received 613 cases, so that a total of 838 cases were pending. In the first three quarters of 2026, a total of 597 cases were resolved, while in the same period last year 667 cases were resolved, which is 70 cases or 10,49% less. At the end of the first three quarters of 2026, 241 cases remained unresolved, while at the end of the first three quarters of 2025, 318 cases remained unresolved, which is 77 cases or 24,21% less than at the end of the first three quarters of 2025.

    The achieved collective norm of the court for the first three quarters of 2026 is 78,98%.

    The average duration of 597 resolved cases is 92 days, which is 15 days less than in the same period of 2025, when the average duration of cases was 107 days.

    According to the annual Case Resolution Plan for 2026, the obligation to resolve 115 first-instance cases has been determined, while according to the quarterly Case Resolution Plans for 2026, the obligation to resolve a total of 181 cases has been determined. On 30th September 2026, 164 cases from the Case Resolution Plans for the first, second and the third quarter were resolved, so that the percentage of resolved cases from the plans is 90,61%, while from the annual Case Resolution Plan 94 cases or 82% were resolved, and 21 cases remained unresolved.
